July 2002- The Tournament Directors Association met this month in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Bellagio. 23 new rules were added bringing the complete list to 37. In attendance at the meeting were the board of directors: Linda Johnson (Card Player Cruises), David Lamb (Reno Hilton, WSOP, and Casino's Europa), Matt Savage (Lucky Chances and WSOP), Jan Fisher (Party Poker Million and Oasis Casino) and gracious host from the Bellagio Doug Dalton. Also in attendance were tournament pioneers: Jack McClelland (Bellagio and World Poker Open), Bob Thompson (Classic Poker Cruises), Mike Ward (Foxwoods), Jeffrey Shulman (Card Player Magazine), Paul Westley (Player Representative), Holly Draghoo (Caesar's Indiana), Allen Wasseman (Oaks Card Club), Jason Dibenideto (Turning Stone), Denny Williams (Bicycle), Star Mccormick (Oceans Eleven), Deb Giardina (Consultant), and Tony Collins (Grand Casino's).
